2023-2024 Student Handbook

Dean of Students Welcome Letter

Welcome to all of our new students and welcome back to all returning students.  It is my hope that you and yours are safe and well.

The events of the coronavirus pandemic have dramatically changed life for all of us, but hopefully we are emerging stronger and more resilient.  As we transition back to in-person learning and interactions, we will continue to offer you a quality educational experience while maintaining a safe environment.

You do not have to go on this journey alone, there is a team of dedicated Student Affairs staff members at all three campuses to assist you in your academic journey.

You can increase your potential for success by getting involved, why not consider joining a club, organization or participating in one of our athletic teams.

The Student Handbook is an important resource that will aid in your academic success.  I encourage you to review it so you are aware of our expectations for you as a student, college policies, resources and other information that will help you be successful.

I am optimistic about the Atlantic Cape student body.  You have made an important investment in your future and we are here to support you as you excel inside and outside of the classroom.  If encounter any obstacles along the way, remember, you are not alone, we are here for you.

Wishing you good health, success and happiness,

Dr. Natalie Devonish, Vice President, Student Affairs and Enrollment Management
