Welcome to Atlantic Cape Community College! As President of Atlantic Cape, I am pleased to share with you the 2023-2024 edition of the College Catalog.

At Atlantic Cape, our student-centered approach to admissions, advising, registration, financial services, and your education in the classroom will provide you with an individualized support system as you work to achieve your educational goals. In fact, I am proud to say that Atlantic Cape has been recognized as a Leader College by Achieving the Dream (ATD) for our commitment to fostering student success and creating a culture of equity. ATD is a national nonprofit dedicated to advancing community colleges as hubs of equity and mobility in their communities to improve outcomes for all students. ATD recognizes exemplary institutions that have identified and implemented strategies that have proven successful over time in fostering student success.
Now more than ever, Atlantic Cape students need flexibility to learn and grow, and we are well-positioned to offer classes and student services in a variety of modalities. Through technological innovation and staying ahead of the curve on accessibility, we are equipped to provide the Atlantic Cape educational experience both on campus and remotely. Whether you want to take courses in- person, “live online”, fully online, or hybrid formats, we are committed to providing classes and student services safely and effectively. We also offer a variety of ways to get involved outside of the classroom, such as joining one of our many student clubs, athletic teams, or the Student Government Association (SGA).
Remember that your education here is only the beginning. A degree from Atlantic Cape can lead to a variety of career pathways and is designed to transfer seamlessly to many four-year universities in New Jersey and beyond. We strive to continuously improve our educational offerings and support services to meet the evolving needs of our community and to prepare our students to succeed. This includes the creation of new and innovative programs to prepare our students for the jobs of the future; for example, our new state-of-the-art Innovation Center on the Mays Landing Campus supports the Cybersecurity and E-Gaming degree programs. This is only one example of the innovative spirit here at Atlantic Cape, and no matter what career path you choose, you’ll be prepared for the next step on your journey to your future career.
