Peer Leaders provide support, information, encouragement and act as a referral source for first-time freshmen who may need assistance in making the transition to college. Peer Leaders promote an awareness of campus resources and the pursuit of academic excellence. Applicants for the Peer Leaders program should have earned at least 24 credits and have a minimum 2.5 grade point average. Peer Leaders receive resource and leadership training and they have the opportunity to represent the college at various events.
