Examines the relevance of historical inquiry to contemporary social issues through the study of selected historical themes. Emphasis is placed on the analysis of primary and secondary historical sources, including documents, narratives, and scholarly interpretations, to develop students’ historical thinking, critical analysis, and contextual understanding.
