Advisement

Academic planning and course selection are critical tools that help lead to student success. Atlantic Cape Student Navigators (Advisors) work with students in welcoming them to the College community, determine majors, review program plans, access support services, review transfer options and help students select appropriate courses for their education and career goals.

It is important to meet with a Student Navigator regularly and before changing majors or selecting courses for transfer to other colleges or universities. Early advisement enables students to have optimum selection of courses for the following semester and provides them with a clear path to completion.

Advisement is available at all three college campus locations during business hours on a drop-in basis or virtually via Zoom, email or phone. Visit  http://www.atlantic.edu/student-life/student-resources/counsel-advise/index.php to schedule an appointment or call 609-343-5621 for more information.
