The Academy of Culinary Arts operates Atlantic Cape’s gourmet restaurant, Careme’s. This elegant dining room is located on the Mays Landing Campus and is run by students under the direction of culinary educators as part of the ACA curriculum.
Named after famed French chef Marie-Antoine Careme, the restaurant is open to the public Monday through Thursday for lunch and dinner while ACA classes are in session. Featuring seasonally changing menus, Careme’s provides a unique dining experience that showcases the skills and creativity developed through the Academy’s hands-on culinary training.
