To replace a lost or forgotten ID card, students must pay the replacement fee of $5 at the Bursar’s Office and take the receipt to the appropriate campus office for a duplicate ID.
Failure to comply could result in disciplinary actions including, but not limited to, a Code of Conduct Policy violation.
